The whipping System is a mechanical cleaning system operated with a hydraulic motor mechanical boom assembly, Hydraulic operated motor moves inside the silo with a specialized hose. It is operated at 500 psi pressure with 1400 rpm. This is guided through mechanical boom assy. with hydraulic controlling assy. The whole operation is controlled by one single person from the silo top. There may be three to four openings required at the silo top to clear the total periphery of the silo, depending on the diameter of the silo.
With one opening whipping system can clear a 10-meter circumference and can clear up to 50mtr.depth of the silo. It can work on any type of bulk storage vessel, no matter what type of material is being stored and no matter how long the material has been nonflowing.
No human entry is a required-No danger of injury due to the collapse of stagnant material. All equipment is controlled from the silo roof. There will be no use of chemicals and explosives, and no chance of contaminating stored materials or damaging the silos.
